Class Info: Online Class times are 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with a 45 min lunch break.  Half-Day classes run from 9:00 am -12:00 pm. Weekend and Evening classes may vary. Please plan to login by 8:30 a.m. to make sure your computer is set up to begin class at on time.  At least 24 hours in advance you will receive an email with login information as well as call in options if appropriate. During the session, the instructor will allow for breaks and a 45 min  lunch break.  If you have questions or haven’t received your email, please call us direct 818-845-2038.  To offer the most attention to students, course size will be limited to 10 per session unless special requests for larger groups have been received.

Registration Policy: In order to offer our discounted prices, we must have 4 students for class to be held. In some instances, we will allow 3 based on instructors discretion. We reserve the right to reschedule any class based on lack of enrollment; in such circumstance students will be rescheduled to another class or your registration fee may be refunded. Your space will not be reserved without full payment of the class. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes at any time. Corporate students must have appropriate charge numbers and/or purchase orders as well as prior approval.  No changes to a class schedule will be made with out prior notification to student via email and/or phone.  Every effort will be made to accommodate students availability when schedule changes are made.

Payment Policy: Full payment is due at least 5 (5) business days (M-F 9am-5pm) prior to class date in order for your enrollment to be complete. We accept  checks, credit cards (Visa / MC only). Corporate accounts available with prior approval (Charge numbers or PO’s required on all accounts). Note: Once class payment is received, %100 refund will be available as long as its 10 (10) days prior to class via written/emailed notice. Cancellations less than five  (5) days will not be refunded however credit toward another class will be issued.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made ten (10) business days (M-F 9am-5pm) prior to class date. If the cancellation is not made within five  (5) business days of the class date, full payment will be billed.

Rescheduling Policy: After you’re confirmed in a class, you must email/fax/call within five (5) business days (M-F 9am-5pm) if you wish to reschedule a class, or full payment will be billed. Classes & prices subject to change without prior notice. Spectrum reserves the right to reschedule any class based on lack of enrollment; in such circumstance students will be rescheduled to another class or payment may be refunded in full.

Class costs: Each standard online 5  hour class is 425$.  The instructor may be available for questions after class at no extra charge.  Advanced Cisco Authorized training is 5 days long and is priced at 1799$  This includes a 100$ virtual lab fee and $200 book fee.  Corporate and special discounts are available.
